HOW IT WORKS
Complete a contact form telling us a little bit about your current lifestyle, training and future objectives
Our Head of Performance will contact you via email with a request for access to your TrainingPeaks account (don’t worry if you don’t use TrainingPeaks, we can help you migrate your data for free!) Our performance coach will then deep dive into your past and present training/riding history and we will require a minimum of 90 days worth of training history with power metrics We will then arrange a 1-2-1 review of your data as well as answer any questions you might have on the next step in your training progression. |
WHY PERFORM A TRAINING ANALYSIS
Do you, or someone you know, love to train, but perhaps are unsure about what direction to next take? Maybe you're not ready to be a fully coached athlete, but you still want to get the most out of the time you dedicate to your sport. Then our Training Analysis package could be just what you're looking for.
We will take a deep dive into your training history and provide analysis, feedback and direction on how to get the most from your precious time. You will receive a 1-2-1 data review with one of our coaches who will talk through what direction is best suited to optimise your performance and transform your training. |
We will access your training data and once on the inside we will break down your riding profile and explore your training methods and time apportioned. Using our extensive experience, as well as state of the art software, to interrogate your training data fully.
We'll look at how you can personalise and tailor your training to best accomplish your goals and objectives. We will help identify your unique physiological profile and explore your strengths and limiters. From this insight, we'll provide you with Personalized Training Levels, Modelled Lactate Threshold and VO2 Max power. We can help deduce Training Impact Scores (TIS) of races, events and training sessions and identify your Dynamic Functional Reserve Capacity (dFRC). All of this will be optimised to your physiology, helping guide your future training decisions. Once we’ve compiled our report, we will deliver our findings during a 1-2-1 data review, where you can gain a greater understanding of your ability and training choices as well as ask any questions you may have to our coaches.
